Coordinator/Lead HACKENSACK UMC AT PASCACK VALLEY LABORATORY	LABORATORY INFORMATION SYSTEMS COORDINATOR	40	Full Time	Days	8/9/2012
	Develops and maintains the laboratory information systems and their applications to provide data that facilitates the analysis of laboratory management needs. The position works with lab management to identify enhancements in lab operations through LIS resources. Develops training guidelines, provides LIS training for new employees and remedial training as necessary. Coordinates and monitors project plans for system implementations and upgrades. Candidates must be MT (ASCP) or eligible with 3-5 years experience in the field of medical technology with 2-3 years LIS experience.

Coordinator/Lead MOUNTAINSIDE FAMILY PRACTICE	RN COORDINATOR	37.5	Full Time	8:30 am to 4:30 pm	6/14/2012
	Position requires 1 Saturday a month 8:30am-12:00pm and Evenings/Flexible PRN. Valid NJ RN license; BLS certification required. Two to three years experience in Ambulatory care of Physician Practices preferred. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and computer skills. Knowledge of hospital practice management and electronic medical records system. Must be willing to perform administrative duties, when necessary, such as patient appointment scheduling and insurance verification.

	Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with valid NJ RN license or able to become licensed in NJ. AORN/ANCC are preferred. This position will report to the Chief Nursing Officer.

	Valid NJ RN license required. Case Management certification required. BSN required. Master's degree in Health Care Administration (or other health care field) preferred. 5 years Case Management leadership in a hospital or other health services entity.

Management HACKENSACK UMC AT PASCACK VALLEY EDUCATION	DIRECTOR	40	Full Time	Days	8/23/2012
	This position provides leadership and strategic direction for the research, design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development needs in support of organizational goals. Works in collaboration with management in the development, implementation and maintenance of employee orientation programs and ensures that education programs are compliant with professional practice standards and scope of practice for all areas that deliver patient care. Candidates must have a masters degree in a healthcare field with minimum 2 years experience in design and delivery of adult education/training programs and be proficient in Microsoft applications.

	Responsible for the effective operation of information technology for the facility ensuring strategic and operational alignment with company business objectives. Bachelors degree with 5+ years experience in an IT leadership role. Strong understanding of IT operations including service desk, desktop and server support, networking, network security, computer operation and customer service principles. Must have strong leadership, planning, budgeting and project management skills and experience with EHR/HIS systems and support requirements.

	Responsible for the administrative operations and fiscal management of the cost center(s) under the jurisdiction of the Laboratory Department. Provides leadership and administration to staff with the goal of achieving the highest quality laboratory testing. In collaboration with the medical leadership and leadership of other departments, the Director of the Laboratory is also responsible for achieving high patient, physician and employee satisfaction. Bachelors degree in biological sciences, Masters Degree in healthcare or related field, minimum of five (5) years of hospital laboratory experience, two (2) of which must be in a Laboratory leadership role. ASCP (or equivalent) certification.

Management HACKENSACK UMC AT PASCACK VALLEY PHARMACY	DIRECTOR	37.5	Full Time	Days	7/26/2012
	Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy, a master's degree preferred with a current NJ License and a minimum of 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience at least two of the years must be in a pharmacy leadership role. Responsible for managing the pharmacy according to established standards for the safe, efficient and cost-effective medication use in compliance with the state and federal regulations and joint commission standards.

Management HACKENSACK UMC PASCACK VALLEY MATERIALS MANAGEMENT	DIRECTOR	40	Full Time	Days	9/13/2012
	This position provides leadership for the Materials Management department and is responsible for the management of acquisition and distribution of supplies and products including noncapital and capital inventory items within the established budget. Candidates must have a bachelor's in Business or related field; 7-10 yrs in a materials management environment with progressive responsibility; minimum of 5 years experience with automated materials systems; 3-5 years with product standardization and evaluation committees and prior experience with budget management, staff education programs and analysis process.

Management QUALITY & COMPLIANCE	DIRECTOR	40	Full Time	Days	8/16/2012
	A member of the senior leadership team who is responsible for establishing and administering systems designed to support the hospital goals and objectives for quality, patient satisfaction, performance improvement and compliance. Develops, initiates, and maintains policies and procedures for the general operation of these programs to assure the hospital is meeting legal and regulatory requirements. Bachelors degree in business or healthcare administration required; master's preferred with 5-7 years compliance management experience required.
