Community Education

At Mountainside Hospital, we take patient care and community services beyond the operating room and into the classroom where patients, health care professionals and the community are invited to learn more about the health topics that interest them. We offer:

• CPR & first aid classes
• Defensive driving
• Hypnosis for weight reduction and smoking cessation
• Parent education: Information on becoming a parent, becoming a grandparent and classes especially for siblings.
