HackensackUMC Mountainside Celebrates EMS Week
(Montclair, NJ –May 11, 2016) In observance of EMS Week, HackensackUMC Mountainside and the West Essex First Aid Squad will partner to present an educational program for the community. On Thursday, May 19th at 7pm, join Dr. Harold Kim, Chief of Cardiology at HackensackUMC Mountainside and Dr. Victor Maroun, EMS Medical Director at HackensackUMC Mountainside for an informative panel discussion about heart health. The lecture, “Heart Health Awareness: Early Signs of a Heart Attack,” will be held at Caldwell University in the Werner Lecture Hall located at 120 Bloomfield Avenue, Caldwell, NJ. West Essex First Aid Squad members will be in attendance to answer any questions and in addition, Officer Fred Arnold of the Caldwell Police Department will share his own survival story.
