Exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Why pick just one workout when you can try them all, for FREE! We’ll have experts demonstrating fitness routines from various areas so you can decide which one is right for you. 
Come for one class, or stay for all! This will be an interactive workshop, remember to dress comfortably. Chairs will be available, please bring your own mat and/or towel. Men and women of all ages are invited to attend.
