Mountainside Medical Center is proud to present Monica Iula, AAS, CMA (AAMA), medical lab assistant with the Care Award.

Monica's keen observation skills and quick action recently made a significant difference in the well-being of a team member. Sensing that something was amiss, Monica intervened, prompting a public response that led to their team member receiving necessary evaluation and care in our emergency room. Monica's selflessness and determination undoubtedly played a crucial role in ensuring the best outcome for her team member.

Monica consistently demonstrates the values of respect and courtesy in her interactions with both patients and team members. Monica's willingness to assist with various projects and tasks showcases her reliability and versatility. Whether working independently or collaboratively, Monica demonstrates leadership qualities by effectively navigating challenges respectfully.  Her drive, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills make her an invaluable asset to the organization.
